Shipping & Returns
We want our customers to be satisfied so if a product does not meet your standards, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The only exceptions are the APT3 program, ABIME, CAMSART, and DASAT. No software products are returnable.
Refunds are issued by credit card refund or check only after the item has been returned, inspected, and accepted in re-sale condition. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
All orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx or UPS ground. If you require a specific delivery date, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone at 919-556-0300. Overnight or express shipping is available for an extra charge. Shipping and handling charges include postage, packaging and insurance.
US postage, add 15% (minimum $10.00)
Canadian orders, add 25% (minimum $30)
Foreign orders, add 30% (minimum $50)
Please note if shipping rates for Canadian or foreign orders exceed the rates above which are automatically calculated when you order on line, we will contact you for approval of any additional charges.
Orders for North Carolina residents, add 6.75% for State Sales Tax
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
